Erik Jennings

Erik Jennings has over 10 years of experience as a real estate attorney. Erik’s practice focuses on real property transactions, in particular, complex commercial leasing (landlord and tenant). He has extensive experience negotiating lease agreements for office, retail, and industrial properties. In addition to leasing, Erik‘s practice includes advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and real estate finance.

Erik also has worked in affordable housing and community development, and has represented developers involved in the acquisition and rehabilitation of multifamily housing projects financed by tax-exempt bonds and federal tax credits.
