Gavin Hilligoss

Gavin is a Washington native with a lifelong interest in the real estate field. He is self-motivated and eager to make an impact in the local community. He excels in a team environment and gains enjoyment from taking on new challenges. His goal is to be the owner of a real estate development company.

Keeping to his local roots, Gavin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration as well as a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington. He has over 8 years of management experience working with and leading teams at various levels. 4 years of his experience has been working as a Construction Manager, managing projects in size from $300 thousand to $32 million. With a strong knowledge of the construction industry Gavin aims to gain experience with real estate development & real estate finance. As a lifelong learner he prides himself on being coachable and his ability to keep an open mind.
