Gregory Walker is a real estate professional and Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) student at the University of Washington, where his studies focus on real estate development, investment strategy, and adaptive reuse of the built environment. He brings over a decade of experience in residential sales, property management, and portfolio oversight, with a track record of managing transactions and supporting acquisitions across diverse markets in the Pacific Northwest.
Greg began his career in property and portfolio management, working with HUD, Rural Development, and LIHTC communities, where he developed expertise in regulatory compliance, asset performance, and due diligence coordination. Since 2017, he has worked as a licensed Realtor® in Washington and Oregon, representing buyers and sellers in complex residential transactions and building long-term client relationships.
