Jacob Pavlik is the Research Manager at Colliers for the Puget Sound region, where he leads efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret commercial real estate data across Seattle and the broader Pacific Northwest. His work supports strategic decision-making by translating complex market trends into accessible insights for a wide range of stakeholders, including brokers, developers, consultants, and public agencies. Jacob brings a unique perspective to his role, shaped by prior experience in the public sector and a deep understanding of local and regional government systems. Originally from Hillsboro, Oregon, Jacob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Geography, magna cum laude, from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He later completed a Master of Real Estate Development at Portland State University while working full-time in the commercial real estate industry. In recognition of his professional accomplishments and leadership, Jacob was named one of the Portland Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2021. After five years living in downtown Portland, Jacob relocated to Seattle at the start of 2022. Outside of work, he is a runner, baker and an avid reader of Eurasian history. He lives in Lower Queen Anne/Uptown with his boyfriend.
