Jeff Cleator

Jeff Cleator is President of Lease Crutcher Lewis, a leading Northwest general contractor founded in 1886.   In this position, he oversees $700M annually in construction projects across many market segments including office, residential, education, retail, corporate, medical, life sciences and civic. Jeff is a graduate of University of Washington’s Construction Management Program and Foster School Executive Development Program.  As a leader, Jeff has been instrumental in shaping the company’s cultural transformation in the areas of continuous improvement, safety performance and equity and inclusion.   He lives on Mercer Island with his wife and has two daughters.
