Jeffrey Lovshin is an experienced real estate professional with over 15 years of experience spanning development, acquisitions, asset management, and strategic consulting. He is a broker with Windermere Real Estate and the Founding Principal of Atlas Real Estate LLC, where he leads investment and development initiatives focused on residential land and value-add multifamily opportunities.
Prior to starting Atlas Real Estate, he led over $2B in ground up development and repositioning projects in the Pacific Northwest, New York region and Southeast US, including a 1.5M SF mixed-use town center project in Florida. He has experience working across multiple asset classes including multifamily, mixed-use, office, industrial, and retail. He also has overseen over 5M SF of assets focusing on capital project execution, leasing strategy, financial oversight, and JV/lender relations.
Jeffrey is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He is also an active member of ULI and NAIOP. He is a Denver native who resides in NE Seattle.
