Jeff Lyon

Jeff Lyon is Chairman and CEO of Kidder Mathews, the largest commercial real estate firm in Washington, with over 450 professionals and employees in 9 offi ces in Washington, Oregon and California. Jeff has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years, and was recognized in 2009 as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. Jeff serves on the Boards of Directors for the Economic Development Council for Tacoma-Pierce County, Kidder Mathews, ArtsFund, Heritage Bank, the CCIM Foundation, and the Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Commission. Jeff is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board at Washington State University, Washington Business Alliance Fiscal Governance Committee, and the Washington Center for Real Estate Research. Jeff is past President of the Washington Association of Realtors and the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors, and two-time past President of Washington’s CCIM Chapter. Jeff is a certified member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM). He was a certified instructor in CCIM’s education program for 20 years and with the State of Washington.
