I am a highly motivated Real Estate Manager with expertise in Construction, Corporate Real Estate, Building Engineering, and Facilities Management. My educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, earned in 2022, a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with honors from RMIT University, Australia, and an Associates Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore. I have also obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and the Washington Real Estate License.

Professional Experience

I have served as an Affiliate Instructor at the University of Washington, Seattle, teaching graduate-level courses in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management. Prior to this, I worked as a Real Estate Specialist, excelling in tenant relations, subcontractor oversight, and achieving significant cost savings for property owners. Additionally, I have experience as a Building Envelope Specialist at RDH Building Science and Morrison Hershfield, providing me with a deep understanding of building codes, project management, and quality assurance.

International Exposure and Leadership

My career has provided me with valuable international exposure and leadership experience. I led export sales operations for the LUXALON® construction product line at Hunter Douglas Construction Elements, China, and served as a Building Product Manager at Hitchins (Far East) Marketing Ltd., Singapore, and as a Real Estate Manager at CPG FM PTE Ltd., Singapore. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered exceptional results, led multi-disciplinary teams, and executed innovative strategies to drive business growth and ensure successful project outcomes.
