Jim Bowles

A lifelong Seattle area resident and graduate of the University of Washington, Jim brings more than 40 years of experience and local community involvement to the commercial real estate services business.

Jim is the President | Principal of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services for the State of Washington. He has been in that role since the company’s inception in 2017 and is leading Lee & Associate’s regional growth and development, begining with the Puget Sound region.

Prior to Lee & Associates, Jim started his real estate career in Seattle as an office building sales and leasing Agent with Cushman & Wakefield (1979-1988). Jim then led the regional operations for Colliers (1988-1998), Cushman & Wakefield (1998-2001) and CBRE (2001 to 2015).

Jim has been active in various business and civic organizations including Rotary, Downtown Seattle Association, Bellevue Downtown Association, King County Economic Development Council. He is a longtime Board member for the Commercial Broker’s Association and  the UW Runstad Center. Jim also serves on the national Board of Directors for Lee & Associates.
