Joe Manca

Joe Manca is a seasoned multifamily investment and operations expert with a career spanning over 36 years. He purchased his first duplex in 1989 while still in college, launching a lifelong commitment to real estate. Since then, Joe has sponsored over $1 billion in successful partnerships, managed more than $6 billion in assets, and advised a wide range of clients—from local investors to institutional firms. His diverse experience includes multifamily brokerage, property management, and strategic investment.

Joe co-founded Glacier Real Estate Services, a Pacific Northwest property management firm later acquired by Greystar, where he served as Managing Director for the PNW. He is now a partner at TMR Investments, a venture formed with a former client.

A Seattle University graduate with a BA in Finance, Joe serves on the university’s Board of Trustees. A fourth-generation Seattleite, he enjoys staying active outdoors with his wife of 35 years and their three grown children.
