Kai arrived in Seattle in 2014 and has since called the Pacific Northwest their chosen home. Kai is an interdisciplinary professional with a career that spans growth strategy consulting, venture investing, marketing and hospitality. They are practiced in driving complex projects from conception to completion. Kai helped leaders of Fortune 500 companies envision possible futures to drive innovation and direct product development. At Filson, they drove the successful delivery of brand campaigns and led special projects to operationalize key priorities of the executive team.

With a BS in Product Design at Stanford University and MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business, Kai maintains a practice of needfinding to develop meaningful and lasting solutions. Now pursuing an MS in Real Estate, Kai aims to develop thoughtful mixed-use and social cohousing concepts that strengthen and anchor communities in the built environment.
