Katie Plett

Katie is Senior Vice President and Senior Mortgage Banker with KeyBank Real Estate Capital serving clients headquartered in the PNW and Northern California.  Since joining Key in 2018, she has originated over $2B in loans placed with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Life Insurance Companies.  Prior to joining Key, Katie was a Relationship Manager with HomeStreet Bank CRE originating Fannie Mae DUS ®, Construction, Bridge and Permanent financing.   She serves as a Lender Representative on Fannie Mae’s Green Housing Task Force which aids in the structuring of today’s Green Lending Products.  Katie is a member of CREW Seattle and past chair of the Membership Development Committee.

Katie received Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degrees in Environmental Policy and Political Science from University of Colorado.  She received a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington and holds LEED O+M Accredited Professional (LEED-AP) and Certified Sustainable Building Consultant (CSBA) credentials.

While away from the office she enjoys time with her husband and dogs, traveling, outdoor adventures and serving on various community non-profit boards.
