Kevin Cao
Kevin Cao is an Acquisitions Associate at Gemdale USA Corporation. At Gemdale, he is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisition transactions. He also contributes to all aspects of a project’s life cycle, from acquisition/development to asset management/disposition. In addition, Kevin works closely with Gemdale’s executive team on strategic planning and investment decision-making. Prior to joining Gemdale, Kevin was an Associate at Kinzer Partners, where he advised large corporations, public entities and non-profit organizations on various real estate transactions. Kevin received a Bachelor of Laws degree in International Politics from Xiamen University in China, and he holds master’s degrees in International Studies and Finance from the University of Washington and Seattle University.
Kevin is actively involved in the Chinese business community in Seattle and was one of the founding members of Young Leaders Group of Washington State China Relations Council (WSCRC). He is also an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
