Richard Kolpa

Richard is Senior Vice President, Market Officer, overseeing 20M SF in Seattle. He is directly responsible for all aspects of leasing and overseeing management of the portfolio. I addition, Richard works closely with the Capital Deployment team to strategically grow the portfolio through off-market acquisitions and development.

Prior to joining Prologis in 2010, Richard was co-owner of GGL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., focusing on landlord and tenant leasing. Prior to GGL, he was a partner at the R.J. Hallissey Company for 11 years. Richard began his career in real estate working for Equitable Real Estate, a global pension fund advisor.

Richard is a member of NAIOP, and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College.
