Kristin Jensen

Kristin Jensen is Co-Managing Director of the Seattle office of GENSLER, a global architecture and design firm specializing in commercial architecture, interior design, brand design, and real estate strategy. Prior to her return to architecture, Kristin spent two decades in commercial real estate development overseeing projects for prolific local developers including Quadrant Commercial, Tarragon, and Touchstone.  In that time, she worked on a variety of project types from master-planned communities, office parks, and town centers to hotels, urban infill office, and mixed-use. Kristin now brings her client perspective and her leadership to the design work, to provide added value for clients. 

With nearly 30 years of professional experience and active engagement in the commercial real estate industry and local community through Seattle AIA (past board member), NAIOP (past-President of the WA State Chapter), CREW, ULI, Downtown Seattle Association (Board Member), and Bellevue Downtown Association, Kristin has developed a wide professional network. She is also a proud supporter of local non-profits including Girl Scouts of Western Washington, Imagine Housing and the American Heart Association.
