Kym Lee

Kym Lee is the President of Rhoadstone, a real estate development company affiliated with a 4th generation family-owned construction company whose corporate headquarters are in Issaquah, WA. Kym earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Construction Engineering and Management, both from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Before Rhoadstone, Kym worked for several local real estate development companies spanning the private and non-profit markets leading the execution of new construction and value-add projects ranging from $5 million to $800+ million in total development costs. Kym helped create the Rhoadstone platform to develop former mines and otherwise underutilized real estate owned by its parent company throughout Washington and Oregon.
