Laura Ford

Laura Ford is an Executive Vice President at CBRE. She is a recognized leader in her industry with over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Laura specializes in office leasing and sales in Seattle where she has represented over 11,000,000 square feet of office space, including some of the largest Class A Office buildings in the region; Russell Investments Center, 999 Third, 1201 Third, Century Square, and Met Park and has been integrally involved in many of Seattle’s highest-profile office lease transactions including over 1,500,000 square feet to Amazon and 500,000 square feet Facebook. Laura is results-driven and extremely focused. The depth of Laura’s experience and her extraordinarily successful landlord leasing track record demonstrates her passion for excellence and strong ability to strategically position and market assets effectively. She was awarded the prestigious 2017 NAIOP Night of the Stars Office Broker of the Year award. She is actively involved in several organizations, where she has served in multiple leadership positions and boards. Laura graduated from the University of Washington and has been a guest lecturer in multiple classes.
