Mark Washington is an Executive Vice President at CBRE responsible for investments sales transactions within the Pacific Northwest region. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 20 years and has held a number of industry positions.
As a Senior broker, Mark has closed approximately $4.5 billion of Investment Sale, Joint Venture and Development activity. Throughout his career he has worked on over $50 billion in transaction activity.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Morehouse College, and a CFA from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. He is an active member of REEC, ULI and NAIOP. In addition, he serves as a member of the board of directors for three nonprofits, The Frye Museum (Vice President), KairosPDX (Treasurer) and City of Hope Safe Haven (Vice Chairman). He is also a former board director for SPAAT, a nonprofit based in Oakland, CA formed to help assist student athletes from lower demographic communities matriculate and prepare for college.
