Mathew Quackenbush

Mathew is a born and raised Seattleite, and a proud product of the Seattle Public School system. He spent four years in California receiving his bachelors degree from University of the Pacific before moving back to his hometown to begin his career as a commercial real estate broker with Westlake Associates, Inc. Over the past six years at Westlake, he has successfully executed over $100M in transactions, primarily focused on land for mixed use and multi-family development in King and Snohomish counties

The rapidly growing homelessness and housing issues facing Seattle have encouraged Mathew to begin a career in affordable housing. He hopes to create a positive impact in his community by working to meet the growing need for affordable housing options while also creating vibrant, inclusive and sustainable communities throughout the Puget Sound region.
