Michael Orbino

Michael Orbino serves on the Runstad Advisory Board Executive Committee as the Research Committee Chair. He is the Co-Founder of and Managing Broker for Team Foster Compass Builder + Developer Services in Downtown Bellevue. Michael brings nearly 25 years of real estate sales, marketing, and consulting experience to every client relationship. Industry leadership includes serving as President of Seattle King County Realtors®, National Association of Realtors® Board of Directors, and on the Washington Realtors® Executive Committee. Michael is also a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership and served on ULI Northwest’s Young Leaders Group board.

Michael is a proud University of Washington Husky who studied law, politics, and economics at the school of Social Sciences. He has written extensively on the role that real estate plays in shaping communities, school systems, and life outcomes. He is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at UW’s Foster School of Business focusing on organizational management, competitive strategy, and corporate leadership. Michael also maintains the rank of Sergeant after serving 6 years with an honorable discharge in the United States Army Reserve earning several awards and distinctions.
