After working in architecture for several years, Natalie switched career paths to focus on real estate development. She has worked at Eagle Rock Ventures LLC since January 2014 and has overseen eight projects through the entitlement, construction, and leasing process. Prior to Eagle Rock Ventures, she worked for a modular builder, OneBuild, and at various architecture firms in Nashville, Shanghai, and Charleston, SC.
She was selected as a 2011 Runstad Fellow at the University of Washington. Her research explored and analyzed real estate trends, growth management, and urban sustainability in Istanbul, Turkey. She received a BA in architecture at Clemson University and earned a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington, College of Built Environments.
Natalie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Urban ArtWorks. She previously served as the Development Representative on the City of Seattle’s East Design Review Board (2013-2017) and Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group (2015-2018). She is an active Urban Land Institute member.
