Nathan Luce

Nathan Luce is a partner in Stoel Rives’ real estate group. Nathan represents buyers, sellers and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of commercial, retail, multifamily, and condominium projects. Nathan also represents landlords and tenants in the drafting and review of leases for a wide range of commercial projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants and retail stores. Nathan also advises clients in the commercial and residential real estate brokerage industries on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.

Nathan received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from the University of Virginia. He is the author of the Washington State Bar Association Real Property Deskbook chapters on Choice of Entity in Real Estate Transactions and Residential Real Estate Sales. He also served as editor of the Deskbook chapter on Common Interest Communities.
