Nick Gemma

Nick Gemma completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Oregon in 2024, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Sociology. He gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry through his internship at KBC Advisors, where he provided market research support and assisted with various aspects of industrial brokerage services. His role involved researching over 4,000 properties, creating stacking plans, verifying data, and demonstrating his analytical skills and attention to detail.

As a member of the University of Oregon Real Estate Investment Group, Nick participated in site tours and mentored a mock residential redevelopment group, furthering his knowledge and passion for real estate.

After completing his internship with KBC, Nick decided to pursue additional education through the MSRE program to better prepare himself for the industrial real estate business. He hopes to expand his knowledge of real estate development, particularly in pro-forma creation, real estate finance, and real estate economics. After graduation, Nick plans to leverage his industry experience and education to pursue a career in industrial brokerage or development.

Outside of real estate, Nick is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with friends and family.
