Nils Itjeshorst

My name is Nils, and I am currently pursuing a double degree Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) in cooperation with IREBS (International Real Estate Business School) at the University of Regensburg. I hold an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Munich, where I gained a solid foundation in both the technical and design aspects of building projects.

My professional journey began with working student roles at a civil engineering office and the architecture firm Sweco, where I contributed to large-scale architectural developments. During my time in the real estate department at the private equity firm AURELIUS, I discovered my desire to dive deeper into the real estate industry, particularly in development. In this role, I focused on real estate investments, asset management, and value creation through strategic repositioning of properties.

Looking ahead, my goal is to thrive in the development sector, where I can combine my background in architecture with my real estate expertise to contribute to innovative, sustainable projects that deliver both financial success and a positive impact on the built environment.
