Parker Nicholson

Parker Nicholson is Senior Managing Director of Legacy’s Pacific Northwest office. In this role, Parker is responsible for sourcing ground up multifamily development opportunities within the greater Pacific Northwest and Hawaii, with a focus on site selection, underwriting, feasibility, entitlements, equity and debt sourcing, strategic operational planning, and asset management. Prior to joining Legacy, Parker began his career in commercial real estate working in multifamily construction lending for the Seattle office of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Parker received his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University where he doubled majored in finance and economics. Parker received his real estate certificate from the University of Washington’s Runstad Real Estate program and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
