PJ Santos
PJ Santos currently is the Managing Director of Development for Gemdale USA in Seattle. PJ’s work shares a common goal to passionately reach for paradigm changing place making, while striving to exceed the financial goals of the partners. Over the last twenty-five years, PJ lead entrepreneurial development on a variety of projects across the Puget Sound. From residential and retail projects to more complicated public-private civic and mixed-use developments, PJ seeks to continue diversifying his portfolio of completed, successful projects.
PJ has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Architecture from UCLA, as well as a MBA from the University of Washington.
