Founder and CEO, Kendall Consulting Group
Richard has spent the past 3+ decades supporting commercial real estate companies with marketing, PR, public affairs, business development, and sales consulting, among other communications solutions. He has developed and led real estate practices at both boutique PR firms and global marketing and communications agencies.
Richard founded Kendall Consulting Group (KCG) to give his real estate and corporate clients the best of both worlds — seasoned, cradle-to-grave experience with high-touch, individualized service on every partnership. He is known for his deep industry network and long-time relationships with business and community leaders in cities throughout the U.S.
Prior to starting KCG, Richard was a partner and managing director at Allison Worldwide, leading a team of skilled brand and communications practitioners focused on growth-oriented organizations in the Northwest and around the world. Prior to that, Richard was a partner and executive vice president at locally based, full-service PR firm Frause.
Richard has a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Architecture Foundation and is a former board member of Bellwether Housing. Richard is highly active in several industry associations, including NAIOP, Downtown Seattle Association, and Urban Land Institute. He lives in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood with his wife, two children, and dog Ollie.
