Riley Burbridge

Riley is a recent graduate of Seattle University, where he majored in Finance and participated in both the Honors Program and the Undergraduate Leadership Program. He also spent a semester abroad studying Urban Economics, Planning, and Policy at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

During his undergraduate years, Riley interned with Skanska, Hines, and Colliers, gaining experience across the development life cycle on projects such as Skanska’s The Eight, Kaye, and The Nine, as well as Hines’ HōM District. He credits his early exposure to commercial real estate to his father, Morgan, whom he supported while working in the research department at Colliers.

As a proud fourth-generation Eastside resident, Riley is excited to deepen his hyperlocal perspective through the Runstad Department, continuing to research and contribute to the narratives shaping Seattle’s built environment.
