Vin Maxwell is a recent graduate of Colgate University, where he majored in Political Science and competed in NCAA Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse, serving as a team leader on and off the field. At Colgate, Vin took a deep dive into a liberal arts education while also balancing the rigor of a varsity college athletic schedule. This experience has tested his execution, accountability, and ability to solve problems in a team-first manner.
During his undergraduate years, Vin interned at Latitude Development, LLC, where he oversaw projects from inception to completion and conducted market analyses for third-party companies seeking to develop. Additionally, Vin assisted with the family business, Architectural Stone Werkes, adopting a hands-on approach and working on granite and marble countertop installations while also formulating prices and negotiating deals for clients. The exposure to live transactions and operational details has cemented his interest in real estate development.
Now preparing to join the Runstad Department of Real Estate, Vin is excited to deepen his Pacific Northwest perspective even further through educational research and hopes to contribute to the ever-growing Seattle built environment.
