Andy Wattula joined Hudson Pacific Properties in 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President, Pacific Northwest. He is responsible for portfolio operations and acquisitions in the region.
Prior to joining Hudson Pacific, Andy served as a Managing Director with Beacon Capital Partners where he oversaw asset management of Beacon Capital Partners’ properties in the Pacific Northwest as well as acquisitions and development in the region. In this capacity, he led the turnaround of 10 assets totaling over 5 million square feet with an aggregate transaction value upon sale of $2.6 billion.
From 2006 to 2012, Andy served as a Director with Hines in Seattle, focused on acquisitions, development and leasing of projects in the area. From 1997 to 2004, he served as Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. He is actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and currently serves as President of the Guild Board for the Washington Chapter.
