Fred Hines
Fred is responsible for identifying and negotiating new project acquisitions. Evergreen Housing Development Group and affiliates own, develop, improve and construct distinctive multifamily real estate projects. Founded in 2005, with a current portfolio, pipeline, and track record of 2,700 units valued in excess of $400 million, Evergreen seeks to combine thoughtful design, construction expertise and a comprehensive approach to the development process.
Fred earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington in Spring of 2018 and earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting with a Real Estate & Finance emphasis from the University of San Diego in 2012. Prior to graduate school, Fred spent 5 years working in real estate as an Investment Sales Broker and Asset Manager. A thorough understanding of the development process, strong analytics, teamwork, and an open and honest nature underpin Fred’s passion for real estate.
