Curriculum

To complete the graduate certificate, students must complete 4 graduate level courses totaling 15 credits:

  • RE 563: Housing Markets and Policy (3 credits)
  • RE 564: Affordable Housing (Possible Substitutes: PUBPOL 564; ENV H 443; GEOG 445; URBDP 553; SOC 415; SOC 530; T URB 480) (4 credits)
  • RE 597: Real Estate Data Modeling (Possible Substitutes: RE562; URBDP 520; URBDP 522; GEOG 561) (4 credits)
  • RE 565: Advanced Housing Studies (4 credits) – needs to be taken last
