Delaney Watkins

Delaney Watkins is a lifetime Washington State resident. She is West Seattle born; Eastern Washington raised. This is where she achieved her undergraduate degree from The Carson School of Business. Specializing in business marketing research, she was introduced to the Real Estate Industry as a marketing assistant for Windermere Seattle.

It was there that she learned this industry is the perfect mix for her personality. Offering the chance to being part of a work environment that thrives on interpersonal relationships, while applying her advanced training in data and how to apply it in new ways to the real estate market.

A hard worker, Delaney currently holds down three jobs, and does freelance marketing projects for several of clients.

Her long-term goal is to work in financial or research data within the industry. The training she is undergoing in the Master’s Program for Real Estate at the University of Washington will supply her with the tools she needs to achieve her goals.
