Rocale Timmons

Rocale Timmons is an Economic Development Program Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS).  Rocale draws on more than 16 years of urban planning, commercial, mixed use, residential, and infrastructure project management/entitlement experience in public and private organizations. In her role, she brings expertise, process, and resources to negotiations with local government agencies and economic development organizations (EDOs) in support of the efficient, economic expansion and operation of AWS Infrastructure globally

​Prior to joining AWS, Rocale was the Sr. Vice President of Planning and Development at SECO Development and worked with a team of professionals to conceptualize, underwrite, design and execute SECO’s real estate requirements and planning initiatives.

Development projects include: 4.5+ MSF of commercial space; 1,300+ multi-family units; and 250+ single-family dwellings, valued at $3+ Billion.

Rocale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Urban Planning and an Executive Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She was also recently named one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and Seattle Business Magazine’s “Daring Women”.
